Deaf Awareness Training
Our training courses will improve staff confidence and communication skills when meeting customers who are deaf or have a hearing loss.
We offer a variety of training with flexible course options to meet the specific requirements of your organisation. All of our trainers are profoundly Deaf and use British Sign Language (BSL) as their first language. This means they are able to bring to bear their personal experience of the barriers Deaf people face every day, guaranteeing delegates an immersive training experience.
