Want to Volunteer with Deaf Active?
Interested in volunteering within a fast paced dynamic team of young people with a drive to succeed?
Do you have lots of energy and a passion to work with and support children/young people to gain experiences, confidence and self esteem?
If so, Deaf Active would love to hear from you. We are always looking for volunteers with skills to offer or even people who want to develop new skills.
We have various areas of work including:
Playwork – Working with children of varying ages in a relaxed and fun setting.
Fitness Coaching – (Personal training sessions and fitness classes).
Hands – Teaching British Sign Language to primary school children throughout Merseyside.
Football Coaching– Teaching football classes on our own 4G outdoor pitch.
Maintenance Projects – Building maintenance, gardening and painting.
