Our Boxing Sessions provide a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate introduction to boxing and self-defence in a safe and supportive environment. Designed for children and young people aged 7 and over, the sessions help participants build confidence, improve fitness, develop coordination, and learn fundamental boxing techniques while having fun.
Whether you’re new to boxing or looking to develop your skills, our sessions encourage teamwork, discipline, and resilience, helping every participant reach their potential.
