After School Pick Up Service

Deaf Active pick up service will be available every week on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.

Deaf Active will collect children at the end of their school day and they must be collected by an adult listed on their registration form. Registration forms must be completed in full before a child can be collected by Deaf Active. Please see below for the registration form.

If your child no longer wishes to attend on the dates you have booked then please complete the cancellation form to notify us of any changes as soon as possible.

Please complete a separate booking form for each child attending.
