Volunteer IT Officer
Hello! I’m Nathan. I work as a Volunteer IT Officer at Deaf Active. My job is to look after our computers and make sure they work well. I help everyone use technology better and fix problems when they happen. I enjoy teaching others how to be good at using computers too!
About Me
What are my IT qualifications?
My IT qualifications are BTEC Level 1 Award for ICT Users (Pass), BTEC Level 2 Certificate for ICT Users (Pass), BTEC Level 2 Technical Diploma in Digital Technology (Distinction/Merit) and recently, Cisco Computer Hardware Basics.
Why did I become a Volunteer IT Officer?
I became a Volunteer IT Officer because I enjoy helping people and using computers. I wanted to share my skills with others and make sure our technology works for everyone. It feels great to help fix things, teach others, and support the community!
