Who is Digital Hub?

Nathan Cain

Former Volunteer IT Officer (Aug 2023 - Nov 2025)

Hello! I’m Nathan, and I’ve been the Volunteer IT Officer here at Deaf Active.
My role has been to look after our technology, support everyone in using devices confidently, and keep our systems running smoothly. I’ve also loved helping people learn new digital skills and fixing problems when they appear.

Important Notices

I officially finished my volunteer role on Friday 21st November 2025.

However, Digital Hub will continue, and we now have 24/7 AI-powered IT support available for yourself, members of public and staff.

Thank you to everyone I’ve worked with – it has been a pleasure supporting the community.
